Sizing details

Satin pajamas:
We usually offer our customers to take a size up, so it will fit more comfortable.

Denim Jackets with pearls:
They are perfectly fitting and they are a little bit oversized - So just place your actual size.

Fluffy slippers:
You can take a size up, and please note that the Large one is our biggest size which fit US women's 9.

Spa Slippers:
All Adult Spa Slippers are the same size - 11 inches.

Swimsuits:
All swimsuits are true to size and fits perfectly with actual sizes, and they don't have a cup pads.

Cover ups:
We have 2 sizes of cover ups - regular which fit from Small to Large and Plus Size - from XL to 3XL.

Robes:
Our satin, waffled robes and bathrobes are perfectly fitting.

Custom and personalized orders

All our products are made by order and they are customized with a heat transfer vinyl or glitter.
This type of personalization lets us to do everything that you want starting from letters up to your logos in the garment that you choose. And the important part of the customization is that it is not disrupt our designed products.

Shipping & Returns

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Returns and Cancellations

Cancellations:
Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours after you place your order. Please note that after 24 hours your order is already in the production and we can not cancel it.

Returns:
As all our products are made by order and they are personalized items, we are not accepting returns.
If you buy non customized product and want to return it, please feel free to contact with us and we will do our best to solve your issue in a very short time. Please be aware that all returns product need to be in a good condition as you receive it.

Processing and Delivery Time

Processing Time:
For each product please see the description under the same listing.
In generally the processing time is 1-5 business days.

Delivery Time:

DOMESTIC (U.S.): 3 - 5 business days
INTERNATIONAL: 7 - 14 business days

Therefore, it generally takes 3 - 8 business days (PROCESSING + SHIPPING) after the order date to receive your order.

Please note: the "ship by" date on your invoice is NOT equivalent to the actual "delivery" date.
- SHIP BY DATE: When your package leaves our studio.
- DELIVERY DATE: When your package arrives to you.

Do you have a expedite shipping or processing time.

Yes, we do rush orders.
We can rush both shipping and processing time.
